Our Je t’aime gelato takes inspiration from France 🇫🇷 Brittany region where the first garden strawberry was grown. With the bright red color of strawberry, Ancient Rome considered it as a symbol of love, the same as roses. Thus, Ampersand chose the fruit and the flower of love to create delicious yet romantic gelato for this upcoming Valentine’s day.
